输送机、码垛机的设说明书(论文).doc

摘 要 本次设计是关于输送机、码垛机的设计。首先对胶带输送机、码垛机作了简单的概述；接着分析了带式输送机、码垛机的选型及计算方法；然户根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定的参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输送机和码垛机各主要部件进行了校核。普通型带式输送机由三个主要部件组成：传动装置、拉紧装置及胶带；码垛机由推出机构、步进机和气压系统等组成。最后简单的说明了输送机和码垛机的安装与维护。目前，胶带输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫式胶带输送机就是其中一个。在胶带输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面，目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距，国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足；码垛机是机、电一体化高新技术产品，中、低位码垛机可以满足中低产量的生产需要。 本次设计代表了设计的一般过程，对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。 关键词 带式输送机;码垛机;选型设计;主要部件 Abstract This design is about conveyors, palletizers design. First, belt conveyor , stacking machine briefly outlined ; then analyzes the selection and calculation methods conveyor, stacking machines ; contingent households calculated based on these design criteria and selection process according to the given parameters required be the type design ; then on conveyors and palletizers all major components were selected check . Normal belt conveyor consists of three main components: gear, and belt tensioning device ; palletizer launched by the agency , stepping machines and pneumatic system components. Finally, a brief description of the installation and maintenance of conveyors and stacker machines. Currently, the belt conveyor is moving in the direction of long-distance, high-speed, low- friction development , in recent years the cushion belt conveyor is one of them . In the belt conveyor design, manufacture and application of Chinas current compared with foreign advanced level there is still a wide gap between the country there are many deficiencies in the design and manufacture of conveyor process ; palletizer is a mechanical, electrical integration high-tech products , the low stacking machine to meet the production needs of the low yield.
