毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：用友ERP沙盘模拟中财务主管的职能分析 姓 名 学 号 所在学院 机械工程学院 专业班级 10工业1 指导教师 日 期 2014年 5月 5日 摘 要 ERP（企业资源计划系统）是当今世界企业经营与管理技术进步的代表，应用ERP 的价值就在于通过系统的计划和控制等功能，有效地配置各项资源，减低成本，提高效率和效益，从而提升企业的竞争力。ERP沙盘就是通过利用实物沙盘直观而形象地展示企业的各种内部及外部资源，做到纵观全局提纲挈领，方便企业的决策者能够更加方便而准确地做出企业的发展战略规划。对于企业管理而言，财务就如同血液一样关乎企业的方方面面，因此财务管理无疑是最重要的一个环节。 本论文主要包括四个部分。第一部分是绪论，阐明选题意义及文字安排；第二部分主要介绍模拟规则和模拟结果；第三部分着重于对模拟过程进行财务分析，主要涉及筹资分析和投资分析；第四部分对财务主管的职能进行总结和结束语。 关键词：ERP，沙盘模拟，财务主管，职能分析 Abstract ERP is the worlds business and management of technological progress on behalf of , the value of ERP application is that through planning and control functions of the system , effectively allocate the resources , reduce costs, improve efficiency and effectiveness , thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP sand table is intuitive and vividly demonstrated by the use of a variety of physical sandbox corporate internal and external resources to achieve the big picture highlights, facilitate business decision-makers can more easily and accurately make strategic business development plan. For enterprise management, the financial companies like blood as related to all aspects of financial management and therefore is undoubtedly the most important aspect . This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction, and clarify the significance of the topic text arrangements; second part introduces the simulation rules and simulation results; Part III focuses on the financial analysis of the simulation process, mainly related to the analysis of financing and investment analysis; Part IV of the Treasurer summary and Conclusion of the functions performed.
