摘 要近年来随着经济增长和人口增加，上海的城市规模不断向郊区扩张，居住社 区也呈现出城郊化和大型化的发展趋势，在近郊区出现了很多大型居住社区，与 其配套的居住社区商业建筑也得到了一定的发展，并逐渐成为上海城市商业发展 的主导形式之一。由于受到地域和交通条件的限制，近郊大型居住社区居民的日常购物消费主 要依赖于社区商业。随着人们生活水平的提升和消费观念的改变，居住社区商业 服务的综合化趋向越来越明显，居民的休闲娱乐、文体健身等活动都要求能在社 区内进行。因此近郊大型居住社区商业建筑有其自身的特殊性，规划和设计科学 与否直接影响到居民的生活质量和整个社区的品质。本文的主要研究目的是对上 海近郊大型居住社区商业建筑进行调查和研究，为该类型商业建筑的规划和设计 提供理论依据。论文首先介绍了课题的研究背景和相关概念界定、文献综述、研究的目的和 意义，以及所采用的研究方法，并对国内外近郊居住社区商业建筑的理论研究和 实践进行综述，为接下来的研究打下基础。然后对近郊大型居住社区商业建筑的 规划和设计进行分析研究，先从建筑功能、商业业态、建筑布局三个方面对规划 展开探讨，其次从场地设计、外观造型、空间形态等方面来总结建筑设计的特点 和原则。为了给上述研究提供客观的事实依据，笔者选取上海近郊宝山区顾村大 型居住社区的商业建筑进行实地调研考察，分析规划和设计特点及存在的问题。 论文最后通过笔者亲身参与的工程项目实例，以期对近郊大型居住社区商业建筑 的设计提供可参考的经验。关键词：上海，近郊大型居住社区，居住社区商业建筑ABSTRACTABSTRACTAs the development of economy and growth of population in recent years, the city size of Shanghai has expanded to suburb and the trends of large-size and sub urbanization of residential community also became more obvious. Commercial buildings, which are in the residential community, also develop in the meantime, and they gradually became one of the dominant forms of commercial development in Shanghai.Limited by area and traffic, residents in suburban large-scale residential community rely on community commerce to do their daily shopping. Along with people’s living standards improving and consumption patterns changing, community commercial service is becoming more integrative. Residents’ recreation and entertainment are required to be conducted in the community. So the planning and reasonable design of suburban large-scale residential community affect residents’ living standards and quality of community directly because of the specificity itself.
