* 摘要： 随着我国城市化进程的加快，垃圾污染日益严重，已成为制约城市生存与发展的重要因素之一。城市垃圾是人类面临的一个普遍性问题，关系着人口、资源、环境是否能协调发展。近些年来，许多国家都在寻找治理垃圾的有效途径，特别是欧美一些发达国家，已将垃圾治理纳入市政管理的重要内容。作为国际化的大都市——上海，对垃圾的处理已采取一定的措施，但据资料统计表明，真正离无害化处理和回收利用的要求相差甚远。作为垃圾的一个重要成员——废电池，它对环境的危害越来越严重，笔者结合当前这样一个热点问题，开展了本课题的研究。通过市场调查、自主实验、经济预算、废电池的污染等提出对废电池处理的改革方案，目的在于，增强广大中学生及市民的环保意识，运用现代科学技术来处理和回收废电池，用实际行动来保护我们的地球。 关键词： 上海 废电池 处理和改革 题目：上海市废电池处理现状及改革方案 上海市建平中学 赵文峰 张耀坤 指导老师 沈正东 Abstract: In the course of the urbanization in our country, pollution caused by rubbish is getting worse and worse, developing into one of the main factors which will slow down the development of our city. As we all know, rubbish pollution is a common and serious problem facing mankind, which greatly affects whether population, resources and environment can develop in a balanced way. Taking the severe fact into consideration, many countries in the west have been searching for effective ways to deal with rubbish in the city. To our delight, Shanghai, as a metropolis is also active in solving the problem.However, according to statistics, to achieve the disposal and recycling free from pollution in Shanghai still demands further concern. The author has conducted a study focusing on used batteries, a threat to the environment. To collect reliable data, the author has carried out a series of market investigations, independent experiments and cost budgeting and come up with a way to handle and improve used batteries .
