摘要博物馆是社会公众获得终身教育的重要社会教育机构，其各项业务活动都以“教育”为目的进行，而教育活动是其实践教育使命的主要途径。随着博物馆教育功能的发展和中国文化服务体系的大力建设，如何提升教育活动管理水平，成为中国博物馆界亟待解决的重要课题。本文主要采用了文献研究法、个案分析法和比较研究法对博物馆教育活动管理所呈现问题进行系统地梳理与分析。通过深入研究博物馆教育活动管理的基础议题，尤其是对组织制度保障、资源配置与整合、项目策划与实施、活动的评估与改进等问题进行分析的基础上，探讨我国博物馆教育活动管理的现状，指出其目前存在着行政隶属限制、专业人员匮乏、资金投入短缺、活动对象局限、创新能力不足等问题。同时以中国闽台缘博物馆为个案，分析其实务运作中遇到的困境及成因。论文通过概览美国的史密森博物院、英国的大英博物馆和我国台湾地区的台湾历史博物馆等国际知名博物馆的一系列有益做法，总结得出其教育优先战略且目标明确、多元合作模式与服务体系、常态吸纳社会力量作基础、重视活动评估及绩效管理、教育活动系列化与菜单化、文创产业拓教育体验延伸等具体经验。通过理论与实务的印证，论文认为为了推动博物馆教育活动管理的专业化，需要从建立专业教育团队、广纳内外教育资源、可持续化分配资源、加强活动研究评估、发挥特色资源优势等着手。关键词：博物馆管理教育活动专业化AbstractMuseumisoneoftheimportantsocialeducationinstitutionforthepublictogetlifelongeducation,allkindsofitsbusinessactivitiesareconductedonthepurposeofeducation.Educationalactivitiesarethemainwayofmuseumtopracticeitseducationalmission.WiththeevolutionofmuseumfunctionsandconstructionofChineseculturalservicesystem,howtoimproveeducationactivitiesmanagementbecomesanimportanttopicthatshouldbesolvedbymuseumsinChina.Thispapermainlyadoptsliteratureanalysis,casestudyandcomparativeanalysismethodstoanalysismuseumeducationactivitiesadministration.Systematicallycombthebasicsofmuseumeducationactivitymanagement,includingorganizationsystem,allocationandintegrationofresources,programplanningandimplementation,evaluationandimprovement,etc.Pointoutthatthereareproblemssuchasadministrativesubordinaterestrictions,lackofprofessionalstaff,fundingshortages,activityrestricted,shortofinnovation.TakeChinaMuseumforFujian-TaiwanKinshipasacaseandanalyzeitsdilemmaandfactorsthatmayencounterinthepracticaloperation.Then,makeanoverviewonthestatusofinternationallyrenownedmuseums,suchastheSmithsonianInstitutionintheUnitedStates,theBritishMuseumintheUKandChinasTaiwanregionofTaiwanHistoryMuseuminTaiwan.Concludetheirspecificexperiences.Baseontheoriesandpractices,thepapersuggeststobuildprofessionaleducationworkinggroup,widelyorganizeresources,allocateresourcessustainably,strengthentheaudienceresearchandattachesimportancetotheevaluation,givefullpl
