浙江大学硕士学位论文 STYLEREF 标题,章标题(无序号) \* MERGEFORMAT Abstract PAGE i政企客户拓展支撑系统的设计与实现随着个人市场竞争从增量市场向存量市场转变,政企集团客户市场已经成为电信运营商新的增长点。随着全业务和互联网时代市场竞争更加激烈,数据挖掘技术越来越重要,对系统支撑渠道精细管理提出了更高的要求,对政企客户拓展工作提出了新挑战。本文结合浙江移动政企客户拓展工作现状与问题,利用数据挖掘技术对政企客户挖掘模型进行研究,研究重点为潜在集团成员挖掘模型及真实集团成员识别模型,并对模型进行验证与优化。并对浙江各地市代理商的需求进行透彻的分析,总结出政企客户拓展支撑系统的功能模块与系统框架,进一步给出系统的详细设计方案,完成了系统的开发实现与测试。目前政企拓展支撑系统已经投入实际应用,并取得了一定的效果,大幅减轻了一线客户经理的工作压力,有效提升了政企客户拓展的效率,为浙江移动增加了效益。关键词: 浙江移动,挖掘模型,政企客户拓展支撑系统,集团成员 浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract PAGE ii PAGE iiAbstractWith the competition in the individual market changes from the incremental market to the stock market, group customers’ market of government and enterprise has become a new growth point for telecom operators. With the full-service and the age of the Internet market becoming more competitive, data mining technology is increasingly important. Fine management of system support channels proposed a higher demand, and the work of expanding government and enterprise customers have the new challenges. In this paper, combine with the present Situation and problem of the government and enterprise customers expanding work of Zhejiang Mobile. Using Data Mining to research the Mining model of government and enterprise customers, research focuses on the mining model of potential group members and the identify model of the true members group, and validate the model.
