In 2011March eleven National Peoples Congress and the CPPCC National Committee at the four session of four conference was convened, healthcare reform is the focus of this meeting. Guangdong Province in 2003began to vigorously promote the new rural cooperative medical system pilot, after several years of practice, has achieved good results, to a certain extent, reducing the burden on farmers. But the new rural cooperative medical financing, compensation, rural health resources, there are a lot of defects need to be slowly improving.
