AbstractAsanimportantpartofthecreditsystem,withthedevelopmentofeconomyandtheconstantexpansionofcredit,tradecredithasbecomeanimportantmeansofcorporateshort-termfinancing,andisplayinganincreasinglyimportantroleinthenationaleconomy.SmallandMediumsizedenterprisesinChinafacesmanyrestrictionsinaccessingtobankloansandfinancinginthecapitalmarketduetoitslimitedsize,sotheymakefulluseoftradecredit.Inthispaper,wetakedataduring2005-2009ofSMEboardasthesample,anddoempiricalresearchontradecreditfromthefinancialsituationandtheregionalenvironment.Empiricalresultsofthefinancialsituationandtradecreditshowthatfirm
