摘 要 本设计主要讲述了锻造加热炉控制系统的设计。控制系统主要有自动和手动运行两种方式。下位机采用PLC 对控制系统进行设计，通过Step 7对控制系统的程序作了编写。Step 7 是一种对西门子PLC进行组态和编程的专用集成软件包，它是西门子工业软件的一部分。本设计中Step 7只作为一种PLC的编程软件，其中控制系统的组态设计采用了北京杰控的FameView软件，FameView组态软件系统是集多年工程应用、开发和服务经验,基于Windows 2000/2003/XP/7 操作平台,独立研制开发的纯32 位、高档次组态监控平台软件,其运行稳定、速度快、简单易用、功能强大、扩展性好,能为用户提供经济完善的工业自动化监控解决方案。 本文对控制系统的手动控制程序做了详细的编写，程序的编写采用简单易学的LAD梯形图，梯形图是使用最广泛的PLC编程语言。然后对上位机监控画面做了简单设计和介绍。上位机组态软件的编写采用的是FameView组态软件，软件界面设计简单美观，可以对变量进行统一管理，可以对参数进行设定和更改，并可以设置自动运行，即使在无人看守的情况下也可以保证系统安全运行，非常简单适用。 关键词：PLC；FameView；Step 7；梯形图 Abstract This design focuses on the design of a steel furnace control system.
