摘要：2008年全球金融危机爆发以来，特别是随着我国大规模经济刺激政策的结束后，钢材销售价格大幅下跌，而原材料价格在高位持续徘徊，钢铁企业的盈利空间受到极大的挤压，甚至出现大面积亏损，导致部分钢铁企业的资金周转出现极其困难甚至面临资金链断裂的情况。筹资成为现阶段钢铁企业的首要问题。本文主要从现阶段泰丰侨钢铁公司所面临的筹资风险分析，进而提出自己的解决方法。关键词: 融资困境；筹资方式；钢铁公司abstractSince the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008,especially with Chinas massive economic stimulus policy, after the end of the steel sales prices fell sharply, and the price of raw materials in high, profit space is extruded from iron and steel enterprise, and even large losses, caused part of the iron and steel enterprises capital turnover appear extremely difficult even facing th
