中国石油大学（华东）本科毕业设计(论文)专科生毕业设计（论文）题 目： 采油废水处理技术研究 学生姓名： 学 号： 系 别： 油气工程系 专业班级： 油气开采技术2011级2班 指导教师： 2014年6月20日中国石油大学胜利学院专科毕业设计（论文）摘 要随着在原油生产过程中油田污水对环境的污染越来越严重，使得对油田污水处理变的尤为重要。近年来，国内开采石油程度的不断提高，油田相继进入了高含水开采期。一些油田开采后期，采出液体的综合含水率达到90%以上。因此，油田污水处理越来越受到人们的关注。油田污水处理主要是去除水中的油、悬浮物、添加剂以及其它有碍注水、易造成注水系统腐蚀、结垢的不利成分。本文首先回顾了国内外相关研究趋势与研究成果，并对油田污水处理的相关技术与方法进行了介绍，采用不同的技术与方法，会得到不同的污水处理方案。并进一步对油田污水产生的原因及处理的意义进行了说明，然后介绍了国内外油田污水处理的技术现状，并对油田污水处理中所使用的各种化学药剂的应用机理及发展方向等进行论述。具体介绍了缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂、混凝剂、除氧剂几种化学药剂，并对油田化学药剂应用实例进行了分析，最后对油田污水处理化学药剂未来的发展趋势进行了展望。关键词：污水处理；污水处理技术；化学药剂；环境保护；可持续发展ABSTRACT With oil field in the process of oil production sewage pollution to the environment more and more serious, for oilfield sewage treatment is particularly important. Has been improved in recent years, the domestic oil drilling, oil fields have entered the high water cut production period. Some late oilfield exploitation, comprehensive extraction liquid moisture content of 90% or more. Therefore, the oil field sewage treatment more and more get the attention of people. Oilfield sewage treatment is mainly to remove the oil and suspended solids in the water, additives, and other hazardous to water injection, easy to cause adverse waterflood system corrosion and scaling of ingredients. This paper first reviews the related research trends and research results at home and abroad, and related technologies and methods of oil field wastewater treatment are introduced, using different techniques and methods, will get different sewage treatment scheme. And further to the cause and management of oil field wastewater produced to illustrate the significance, then introduces the current technology of oilfield wastewater treatment at home and abroad, and the oilfield sewage treatment used in the application mechanism of all kinds of chemical agents and development direction was discussed. Concretely introduces the corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, bacte
