PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要本论文基于整体式液压动力转向器设计，以循环球式转向器设计为主线，综合了液压动力的分析，对Jz100型货车的转向器进行设计。转向系作为现代车辆的重要系统之一，其主要作用是保证车辆按驾驶员设想的轨迹运动。转向器作为转向系最为重要的组成部分，其性能的好坏不仅直接影响转向灵敏度，而且对车辆的安全性也有重要影响。随着汽车工业的发展，汽车转向器也在不断的得到改进，过去采用循环球转向器和循环球变比转向器只能相对的解决转向轻便性和操纵灵敏性问题, 要想从根本上解决这两个问题只有安装动力转向器。因此, 除重型汽车和高档轿车早已安装动力转向器外, 近年来在中型货车、豪华客车及中档轿车上都已开始安装动力转向器。随着动力转向器技术水平的提高、生产规模的扩大和市场的需要, 其它一些车型也必将陆续安装动力转向器。首先，简要介绍了汽车行业现在的情况和未来的发展趋势。其次，对转向器进行了结构分析，确定了转向器设计的整体方案。根据汽车转向器设计手册和相关经验公式进行了必要的计算。最后，完成了转向器的整体结构设计。 关键词：整体式液压动力转向器；液体压力；结构分析。全套图纸加153893706 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1AbstractIn this paper, based on the overall hydraulic power steering device design, the main line of the recirculating ball type steering device, the analysis of the hydraulic power, the design of the steering gear of the Jz100 type truck.
