This procedure describes the test methods of proof test and breaking test for offshore mooring chain. Proof load should be executed as the technique and standard requirements strictly.整个系泊链长度和每个附件都要进行拉力试验。拉力负荷应当严格执行工艺及规范要求。 The proof test and breaking test should be executed by the proof machine with the proof load which is higher than the designed load of offshore mooring chain and accessory. Meanwhile, the test machine should be within the effective calibration period. There should not be cracks or scratches
