The suitable distribution model can effectively reduce costs and improve customer service levels. In this paper, I will give a research to Chinas B2C e-commerce business logistics mode. First, I will make a comparison on the e-commerce and logistics concepts and features between Chinese and other countries. Second, through the comparison between the B2C e-commerce and logistics, I will analysis the e-commerce situation, and find out the problem exist. Third, study the B2C logistics model, self logistics mode and third-party logistics, analysis the problems of these types of logistics mode and summarizes the revelation.
