重庆理工大学毕业论文 工业控制器PC在沉降式三层立体车库的应用 PAGE I 重庆理工大学毕业论文 自动车库设计原理及要求 PAGE II 13 摘要 近年来随着我国国民经济的高速发展，城市汽车保有量的不断增加，停车难的问题也越来越凸显。自动车库以其占地面积小、操作简单、灵活，安全可靠等特点，成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。工业控制器PC在自动化自动车库的应用能够使车库的控制实现自动化、网络化，从管理模式上讲便于实现集中与智能管理，能极大地提高各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施的效率。 本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上，针对社区的停车现状，把典型的升降横移式自动车库作为研究对象，以在经济适用的前提下确保用户停、取车辆方便快捷和安全，实现车辆的自动存、取车操作为目的进行自动控制系统设计。优化了升降横移自动车库的安装方法，采用了沉降式的安装策略，从而大大简化了车库的机械结构，提高了车库的运行效率，增加了空间的利用。本课题简要说明了自动车库的主要机械结构、传动原理和控制系统的相互关系，重点研究了用工业控制PC实现沉降式自动车库的自动存取、自动化控制、集中管理的技术手段及方法，完成了这一系统的电气及PC部分的设计。其中本文以控制系统为主要设计部分，采用可编程控制器PC为主要控制器，进一步完成了控制系统的硬件和软件设计，包括控制系统的控制电路原理图以及PC程序的编写等。其稳定、可靠、快速、性价比高的特点使得控制系统完善的解决所需技术要求。其中为研究方便，本文选取了3*3地坑升降横移式立体停车库为对象进行研究设计。 关键字：自动车库 PC 升降横移式 控制系统 Abstract Stereo garage is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. With the rapid development of Chinas national economy in recent years, the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously, the problems of hard-to-Park has been more and more prominent. The stereo garage with its small footprint, simple operation, flexible, safe and reliable features, become an important way to solve the static urban traffic problems. On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, and for the parking situation of uptown. We take the stereo garage which at the form of lifting and transferring as a research object.
