Colposcopy screening for cervical lesions Clinical Research Abstract: Objective: To investigate the colposcopy screening for cervical precancerous lesions of clinical value. Results: colposcopy diagnosis of chronic cervicitis 308 cases, 21 cases of cervical condyloma, CIN 1 grade - 2 42 cases, CIN 3 6 cases, 3 cases of cervical cancer. pathological diagnosis of chronic cervicitis 314 cases, 19 cases of cervical condyloma, CIN 1 grade - 2 36 cases, CIN 3 7 cases, 4 cases of cervical cancer. colposcopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis rate of 92.1%, no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). cytology and pathology the rate was 42.1%, the diagnosis rate was significant difference (P lt;0.01). cervical lesions positive rate of 100%. Conclusions: colposcopy screening for early detection of cervical precancerous lesions, compared with the pathological diagnosis was no difference nature, should be widely applied.
