The mode of land-left-behind for resettlement is based on basic production and basic living insurance of the peasants for using this unique method to make up the shortage of land-expropriated cost, which is suitable for the reality of the acceleration of Chongqing’s urbanization, limited financial ability and large expansion and is relatively one of rational resettlement modes. Presently, Chongqing’s mode of land-left-behind for resettlement of peasants who lost land has some negative influence.
