Due to the powerful new media of social communication and other functions， it is increasingly profoundly changed our lives and behavior， affect the development of society， the negative effects are increasingly apparent. In such an environment， university ideological and political educators are facing a new mission. Perspective of this paper will be the information age， ideological and political education research challenges facing work and solutions， innovative traditional philosophy of education， improvement of the old way of education， personalized ideological and political education. 　　Key words college students； ideological and political education； personalized； new media 　　1 大学生思想政治教育要更加人性化，尊重学生的主体性，使思政教育内容更好地适应网络时代 　　在新媒体时代下大学生的思想表达与行事作风更加个性化，他们更愿意按照自己的意愿行事，依附于网络彰显个性，表达自我，学生的这种独立自主的精神应该得到尊重和保护。大学生思想政治教育不应该是单向的灌输式教育，而是应当充分利用网络传播的交互性的特征，使教育者与被教育者在双向交流中研究问题、寻求共识。因此，高校大学生思想政治教育工作者首先要深入了解学生熟悉并喜爱的网络世界，发挥网络媒介交互性的优势，倾听学生的心声，收集学生的意见和建议，引导大学生认识到具有较高综合素质的他们的主要任务是实现自我发展，树立集体意识，赢得社会的尊重。帮助大学生提升道德修养，促进其综合发展。其次，教育不是要求服从，而是要使思想政治教育的目标与学生的个人发展相结合，在大学生心中形成教育的自觉，要做到尊重学生的话语权，加强平等意识；关注大学生日常生活，实现对校园生活的回归。 　　2 新媒体环境下丰富多元的教育资源和教育渠道为思想政治教育工作带来了新的机遇和挑战 　　大学生热衷于网络生活，习惯性地将网络与现实联系在一起，甚至离开了电脑和手机就会很容易感到孤独、不舒服、不开心。这样的形势告诉我们高校的教育工作者要着力于强化学生对学校及现实生活的归属感和认同感，通过不断丰富我们校园文化的内容，开展生动活泼的符合大学生个性的活动，建立数字化的绿色校园，把健康
