2013～2014年北京永定门外地区体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染分析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查北京永定门外（以下简称“永外”）地区体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌（helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染情况及其相关影响因素。 方法 选择2013年5月～2014年6月北京永外地区于北京市东城区第一人民医院行体检人群520名，均行13C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp感染情况。待检时由调查人员分发表格并指导如实填写一般资料（性别、年龄、籍贯）、社会经济状况（文化程度、经济收入、居住环境）、生活习惯（就餐饮水情况、烟酒嗜好、卫生习惯）、病史、家族感染史等。结合Hp感染检测结果，分析上述因素与Hp感染情况之间的关系。 结果 520名体检者的Hp感染率为68.46%，其中，男性Hp感染率（74.01%）高于女性（62.14%）（P 70岁者Hp感染率（79.54%）高于≤18岁者（50.94%）（P 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm 　　[关键词] 幽门螺旋杆菌；13C尿素呼气试验；北京永外地区；问卷调??? 　　[中图分类号] R256.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）02（c）-0189-04 　　Analysis of helicobacter pylori infection of physical examination population in Beijing Yongwai Region from 2013-2014 　　TIAN Yuan CUI Xianmin QI Sainan ZHANG Zhanhua 　　The First Peoples Hospital of Dongcheng District， Beijing 100075， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the helicobacter pylori （HP） infection of physical examination population in Beijing Yongwai Region and its related influencing factors. Methods 520 cases of population from Beijing Yongwai Region with physical examination in the First Peoples Hospital of Dongcheng District from May 2013 to June 2014 were selected. All cases were given 13C-urea breath test to detect Hp infection. When waiting for inspection all cases were given investigation by questionnaire survey， including general information （gender， age， native place）， socioeconomic status （cultural degree， economic income， living environment）， living habits （eating and drinking water， tobacco and wine hobby， health habit）， medical history， family history of infection and so on. Combination of Hp infection detection results， the relationship between above factors and Hp infection was analyzed.
