影响剖宫产率上升原因分析 　　【摘要】 目的：获得剖宫产率上升的原因。方法：对南阳市中心医院2009年1月-2013年12月住院分娩的6238位产妇的资料进行统计，对2012-2013年的1514位产妇的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：5年来的剖宫产率逐年上升；影响因素依次为社会因素胎儿宫内窘迫脐带绕颈羊水过少妊娠并发症或合并症臀位巨大儿瘢痕子宫。结论：从孕妇和家属方面入手，加大健康教育和宣传的力度，告知顺产与剖宫产的利与弊，改变孕妇对阴道分娩的错误认识，使其在未分娩前就决定正确的分娩方式；医生掌握正确的剖宫产指征，从而使剖宫产率稳定在一个合理的范围内，最大限度地保护母婴安全，最终实现“儿童优生，母亲安全”的目的，更好地为妇女和儿童的健康服务。 　　【关键词】 剖宫产率； 原因； 社会因素 　　中图分类号 R719.8 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）24-0052-03 　　Causes of the Rising Cesarean Section Rate/YUAN Min，FU Wei-yun，ZHAO Xin，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（24）：52-54 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the causes for the rising cesarean section rate.Method： 6238 cases of inpatient delivery who were hospitalized in Nanyang Central Hospital during January 2009 and December 2013 were selected for comparative analysis， while 1514 cases of cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively from 2012 to 2013.Result： The cesarean section rate of 5 years was increasing year by year.
