学校在“双师型”教师专业化发展中引导作用研究 　　摘要： 根据唯物辩证法的内因和外因的关系规律，从“双师型”教师专业化发展的视角，对政策导向、专家引领、职业规划、环境影响等影响高职“双师型”教师专业化发展的学校因素进行了有益的探索，提出了一些可供参考的思路和方法。 　　Abstract： According to the law of the relationship between internal and external causes of materialist dialectics， this paper made useful exploration on factors of policy-oriented， experts leading， career planning， and environmental impact influencing double-certificated teachers professional development from the perspective of double-certificated teachers professional development， and proposed some ideas and methods for reference. 　　关键词： 高职院校；“双师型”教师；专业化发展
