老年慢性病患者居家护理服务接受情况及影响因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：对老年慢性病患者在居家护理服务方面的需求进行调研，探究影响老年慢性病患者对居家护理服务接受程度的影响因素。方法：采用调查问卷形式探索老年慢性病患者对居家护理服务的需求以及影响老年慢性病患者接受居家护理服务的因素。结果：对居家护理服务有需求的老年慢性病患者为90.6%。在影响老年慢性病患者接受居家护理服务的诸多因素中，医疗保险、家庭收入和护理人员素质分别占调查患者总数的96.2%、83.3%和87.8%。结论：在我国，老年慢性病患者对居家护理服务需求量较大。应通过政府和民间机构多方面合作，完善医疗保险制度和医疗服务模式，从而满足老年慢性病患者对居家护理服务的需求。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 慢性病 居家护理 老年患者 　　中图分类号：R473.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）10-0021-03 　　Analysis of the acceptance of home care service in the elderly patients with chronic diseases and the impact factors 　　WU Junhong 　　（Yuyuan Community Health Service Center of Huangpu District， Shanghai 200010， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the needs of home care services in the elderly patients with chronic diseases to explore the factors that influenced their accepting degree of home care services. Results： About 90.6% of the elderly patients with chronic diseases in the study needed home care services. The factors which affected the elderly to accept home care services were the medical insurance（96.2%）， family income（83.3%） and quality of caregivers（87.8%）. Conclusion： In our country， the need of home care services in the elderly patients with chronic diseases is great， which can be met through cooperation among the governments and non-governmental organizations as well as improvement of the medical health insurance system and the service mode. 　　KEY WORDS chronic disease； home care； elderly patient 　　随着社会发展和医疗进步，人们生活质量逐步提高，人口老龄化已成为制约我国经济发展的主要问题。在全世界范围内，中国是老年人口最多的国家[1]。上海是我国进入老龄化最早的城市，近年来，上海的人口老龄化速度不断加快[2-4]。伴随着人口老龄化问题，随之而来的是各种老年慢性疾病患病率、发病率的快速上升。在60岁以上人群中，老年痴呆发病率高达20%～30%，80岁以上老人中，这一发病率超过了50%。提高老年人的生活质量是亟待解决的问题。由于医疗资源的匮乏，使得这些老年慢性疾病的护理面临着巨大困难。此时，居家护理作为一种有效的补充，越来越受到社会各方面的重视。居家护理的特点是方便、经济、灵活，可节省公共医疗资源，同时能为老年人提供个性化的医疗服务。为了对老年人居家护理需求的情况以及影响因素进行了解和分析，我们选取了156例老年慢性病患者，对其进行问卷调查，期望通过调研，进一步提
