慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床护理 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨研究在临床上对阻塞性慢性肺疾病发生呼吸衰竭患者的护理措施及效果。 方法 选取该院2011年1月―2013年1月期间接收治疗的100例阻塞性慢性肺疾病患者合并呼吸衰竭病人，对护理情况进行分析研究， 将患者随机分成两组，分别为护理组和对照组，每组患者50例，其中对照组患者接受普通临床护理措施，而护理组患者则接受较为优质的全面护理，对两组患者临床治疗情况进行回顾分析。 结果 通过护理患者呼吸的频率（RR）和心率（HR）指标均得到有效的恢复，其中护理组恢复到正常水平，对照组恢复情况和护理组相比具有统计学差异。患者的呼吸困难情况改善较为明显，二氧化碳的分压和血液的酸碱度变化显著，其中变化情况护理组优于对照组（P 　　[关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 呼吸衰竭； 护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）01（a）-0153-02 　　The Clinical Nursing of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated by Respiratory Failure 　　LI Cuiying1 HUANG Banjin2 　　1.Yunfu Gaofeng Street Community Health Service Center， Yunfu， Guangdong Province， 527300， China； 　　2.Yunfu Hospital of TCM， Yunfu， Guangdong Province， 527300， China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper mainly studies the clinical nursing measures and the effect of the measures for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by respiratory failure. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from January， 2011 to January， 2013 were selected， and their nursing was analyzed and studied. The patients were randomly divided into two groups， the care group and the control group with 50 patients in each. The control group was treated with normal clinical care， while the care group was treated with high-quality comprehensive care. The clinical treatments of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results By nursing， the respiratory rate （RR） and heart rate （HR） indicators of all the patients recovered effectively， and those of the care group returned to the normal level， and there was a statistical difference between the care group and the control group in the recovery of those indicators.
