TST术治疗痔疮护理探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合（TST）术治疗痔疮的护理效果。 方法 选取本院收治的行TST术治疗的痔疮患者113例，对其实施护理，并进行回顾性分析。 结果 113例患者中痔核当时被完全回纳80例，术后3 d完全回纳18例，术后1周内完全回纳15例；术后尿潴留31例；保留导尿管5例；术后肛门疼痛68例；术后肛门坠胀41例，均为术后5～7 d发生；术后3 d大便次数增多4次左右的患者16例；住院时间5～15 d，平均（9.8±1.5） d。 结论 TST术围术期护理较为重要，可增进患者配合，使手术顺利开展，并预防、处理并发症的发生，具有较为重要的作用。 　　[关键词] 开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术；痔疮；护理 　　[中图分类号] R657.1[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0132-03 　　 　　Nursing discussion of TST in the trentment of hemorrhoids 　　ZHENG Chen-xi ZENG Xiao-hua HAN Qiong-hua 　　Taiping People′s Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province,Dongguan 523900,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the nursing effect of tissue-selecting therapy stapler(TST) in the trentment of hemorrhoids. Methods The data of one hundred and thirteen patients with hemorrhoids who underwent TST and accepted nursing care were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 113 participants,complete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus right away was in 80 cases,complete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus 3 days after surgery was in 18 cases,and complete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus within one week after surgery was in 15 cases.The postoperative retention of urine occurred in 31 cases and urinary catheter was kept in 5 cases.Sixty-eight patients presented with postoperative anal pain and 41 cases with postoperative anal pendant expansion,which both came up in 5 to 7 days after surgery.Frequency of defecation increasing to 4 times 3 days after surgery was in 16 cases.The hospital stay ranged from 5 to 15 days,at average of(9.8±1.5)days.
