浅析建筑施工企业库存管理与实践 　　摘要： 本文主要介绍了建筑施工企业持有库存的原因，同时分析了可能给企业带来的危害性后果。在此基础上，介绍了库存控制策略的ABC重点管理方法，并对其进行了改进，提出了新的ABCD分类方法，从而为降低企业的采购成本和库存成本提供了有利的决策工具。 　　Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the causes of inventory held by the construction enterprise， analyses the possible harmful consequences for the enterprise.
