牙周炎患者牙周维护治疗依从性的影响因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析影响牙周炎患者牙周维护治疗依从性的因素。方法：纳入牙周科门诊已经完成第1阶段基础治疗的患者328例，采取问卷调查和电话回访形式了解患者的一般社会情况、对牙周疾病的认识、牙周基础治疗情况等，分析影响患者维护治疗意愿依从性的影响因素。结果：脑力劳动患者、居住地与医疗机构距离20 km、收入介于3000～10 000元/月、参加深圳医保的患者牙周维护治疗的依从性较高，牙周知识得分越高其依从性越高，配合使用道具进行口腔卫生宣教、有牙周手术治疗经历的患者依从性较高，与其他相关情况进行比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：患者的职业、居住地与医疗机构距离、月收入、医疗支付方式、牙周知识及牙周基础治疗情况均可影响牙周维护治疗的依从性。 　　【关键词】 牙周病； 牙周维护治疗； 依从性； 影响因素 　　The Influential Factors of Patients with Periodontics on Compliance to Participate in Supportive Periodontal Treatment/ZHOU Jun，LAI Guan-you， LYU Da，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（20）：021-023 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the related factors of patients with periodontitis on compliance to participate in supportive periodontal treatment（SPT）.Method：328 patients who had completed initial periodontal treatment in our department were investigated. Questionnaires were designed to gather the information including general conditions， knowledge about periodontitis and conditions of initial periodontal treatment.Questionnaires were filled when the patients came back for SPT， while telephone recalls were carried out for patients who failed to return.Result：Patients with mental labor job， less than 20 km for the distance between home and hospital， monthly income between RMB 3000-10 000 and medical insurance in Shenzhen presented had better compliance；better understanding of periodontal knowledge was better compliance；with the use of props for oral health education and periodontal surgery treatment experienced patients had higher compliance， compared with other conditions， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：So many factors contribute on compliance to participate in SPT， including patients’ occupations， distance between home and hospital， monthly income， medical insurance， periodontal knowledge and initial periodontal treatment. 　　【Key words】 Periodontal diseases； Supportive periodontal treatment； Compliance； Factors 　　First-author
