低压电网并联电容动态无功补偿装置设计 辽宁科技大学 摘要 本论文设计了一种适用于低压电网并联电容的动态无功补偿装置，并介绍了其发展趋势及应用，可满足低压配电网基波无功补偿的快速性和实时性要求，这篇论文主要介绍了无功补偿对电网性能的改善，无功补偿装置的控制算法，以及控制器的软硬件设计原理等。分析了此装置所用的投切装置TSC主电路四种接线方式及这四种方式的特点，详细的阐述了多组电容器的自动分级投切、无功功率快速检测及晶闸管触发电路等关键问题，并提出了解决的方案。在软件方面，系统采用AT89C51单片机，该单片机是美国ATMEL公司生产的低电压，高性能的CMOS 8位单片机，具有运算速度高，实时性好的特点；软件则使用汇编语言进行编译；人机操作界面采用LCD显示，显示效果较好；A/D转换采用ADC0809，是一款比较实用的A/D转换装置。该装置可跟踪电网无功功率的变化并自动补偿，实现了无功补偿装置的优化运行，具有体积小、原理简单、智能投切等优点。 关键词：无功补偿；单片机；低电压 辽宁科技大学 Design of low voltage network parallel capacity dynamic reactive compesation devices Abstract A kind of TSC dynamic reactive power compensation device applicable for middle and low-pressure distubution network is designed, to introduce the development trend and application. It meets rapid and real-time requirement of low-pressure distribution network fundamental wave reactive power compensation. The paper mainly introduce the followed parts：the ameliorathm of reactive power compensation device and hardware and software design of the device. The characteristic of TSC main circuit four kinds of mode of connection is analyzed,and the solving method of key problems about thyristor trigger circuit, reactive power rapid detection and automatic classing of mult-group capacitors is particular represented. In the aspect of the software, this device#39;s hardware core is AT89C51 SCM , which has many merits such as high operating speed. This monolithic integrated circuit is the low voltage which American ATMEL Corporation produces, a high performance CMOS 8 monolithic integrated circuits.The software uses the assembly language to carry on the translation. The man-machine operation contact surface uses the LCD demonstration, the demonstration effect is quite good; A/D transformation uses ADC0809 .It is a section of quite practical A/D switching device.
