PAGE 插板底座注塑模具设计【摘要】本论文的主要内容为注塑模的设计。首先获得产品部件的外型实体模型，进行数据交换后存为STEP文件,然后利用Pro/ENGINEER4.0重新测量建立.prt文件，然后综合运用EMX4.1模块完成模具的设计，再进行CAE分析，通过不断分析改进和修整，使设计达到要求；通过所有检验后，用AutoCAD2009完成注塑模具非标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。 【关键词】注塑模、Pro/ENGINEER4.0、AutoCAD2009ENGLISH【Abstract】This thesis mainly introduce the design Injection mold. The process of the design is that firstly saving the STEP file of the part.Then use the Pro/ENGINEER4.0 to finish the design of mold. The finished mold contains two cavities.
