(You will find this function in the Edit menu). n The personnel actions function groups all of the infotypes together that must be maintained when a particular human resource process is performed, such as when an employee is hired, or when an organizational reassignment occurs. Each personnel action contains the infotypes for which data must be entered for the human resource process in question, and displays them one after the other for you to maintain. This ensures that all of the information relevant to the process is entered in the system.
