Our country is the world by tropical cyclones in one of the countries with the most greatly harm, and the south China sea is very densely populated areas of navigation and typhoon activity very frequent waters, so study and research how to effectively avoid typhoon to ship operating safety is of great significance. Although typhoon is sailing in the largest natural disaster prevention measures, as long as one of proper, whether to ship, goods or any direct losses for crew could have been avoided. Based on such a purpose, this paper through the movement rule of south China sea typhoon research and analysis summarizes some ships are sailing typhoon area should pay attention some matters and basic operating rules. Typhoon sports law in general and special characteristics, only is mastered the dynamic and the vessel typhoon in parts according to this ship after ship condition to take effective measures to avoid the typhoon center, ensure that ships safely.
