Abstract
Teaching evaluating is indispensable in the process of teaching. A perfect course evaluating sys-
tem is the key to cultivate innovative talents with high quality. This paper proposed a teaching
evaluating system based on the “one positioning, three principles”, and improved the quality
management system and management mechanism. Through the construction of the assessment
system, we can promote education and training personnel requirements.
