PAGE PAGE 10 Objective ABSTRACT Study on different expression correlation between dampness-heat of spleen-stomach and liver depression and spleen deficiency of chronic hepatitis B to explore the microRNA expression profiles and nature of chronic hepatitis B with dampness-heat of spleen-stomach and liver depression and spleen deficiency,provide a objective basis of differentiation in clinic. Methods Applying gene chip technology to test the chronic hepatitis B patients with syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency and spleen-stomach dampess-heat,observe the differential expression between the syndromes.All date were analyzed with the spss19.0 software.meanwhile using SAS system to select the microRNA and functional analysis. Results 1 Compare with control group，98 differently expressed microRNAs were found in dampness-heat of stomach and spleen group，64 microRNAs were up regulation，34 microRNAs were HYPERLINK /down_regulation down regulation .There are statistically significant differences in the 77 microRNAs（P＜0.05），60 microRNAs were up regulation（P＜0.05），17 microRNAs were HYPERLINK /down_regulation down regulation（P＜0.05）. HYPERLINK /meanwhile Meanwhile predict the target gene of 77 microRNAs, HYPERLINK /involved involved to 3104 target genes which 1755 target genes were up regulated, 1349 target genes were HYPERLINK /down_regulation down regulated. 2 Compare with control group，72 differently expressed microRNAs were found liver depression and spleen deficiency group，45 microRNAs were up regulation，27 microRNAs were HYPERLINK /down_regulation down regulation .There are statistically significant differences in the 41 microRNAs （ P ＜0.05 ）， 32 microRNAs were up regulation （ P ＜0.05 ）， 9microRNAs were HYPERLINK /down_regulation down regulation（P＜0.05） HYPERLINK /meanwhile .Meanwhile predict the target gene of 41 microRNAs, HYPERLINK /involved involved to 1385 target genes which 900 target genes were up regulated, 485 target genes were
