万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 本篇论文主要研究了哥伦比亚大学教师学院以及美国加州州立大学北岭校区教育学 院的小学教师职前教育课程设置情况，并以此总结得出了美国小学教师职前教育课程设置 的特点，比如融合性的学科专业课程设置、多元化多样性的通识教育课程设置以及重实践 的教育教学实践与实习课程设置等。论文从多个视角对美国小学教师职前教育课程设置进 行了综合分析。从课程设置理念上分析，美国小学教师职前教育课程的设置体现了建构主 义和实用主义思想。从课程设置的文化传统上分析，美国小学教师职前教育课程的设置体 现了平等主义与个人主义的文化传统。从课程设置与教育改革的关系上分析，美国小学教 师职前教育课程的设置体现了对教育反思和教育技术的要求。从课程设置对教师知识的要 求上分析，美国小学教师职前教育课程的设置强调对理论知识和实践知识要求的统一，同 时强调专才与博学的统一。最后通过分析得出了美国小学教师职前教育课程设置对我国小 学教师专业课程设置的启示：（1）增加通识教育课程的科目，为学生提供全方位多样化选 择，使学生学会终身学习；（2）改革课程设置比例，处理好学术性和师范性的关系，将两 者有机融合；（3）重视学生教育实习，延长实习时间；（4）贯彻平等主义的教育理念。 论文共分为五大部分，第一部分为绪论，主要论述了写作缘由、研究意义、研究方法、 对重要概念的界定以及研究综述。第二部分介绍了美国小学教师职前教育课程的三个阶段 的发展历史。第三部分写了美国哥伦比亚大学教师学院的小学教师职前教育课程设置的具 体内容与方案，并对其特点进行了总结。第四部分的论文结构与第三部分一样，详细介绍 了美国加利福尼亚州立大学北岭校区教育学院的小学教师职前教育课程设置的具体内容， 并对其特点进行了总结。第五部分是对美国小学教师职前教育课程设置的综合分析。第六 部分分析了美国小学教师职前教育课程设置对我国小学教师职前教育课程设置的启示。 关键词：教师教育 教师职前教育 教师职前教育课程 国际比较 I Abstract This paper mainly discusses the curriculum of pre-service teacher education in Teachers College of Columbia University and Michael D. Eisner College of Education of California State University, Northridge. After studying of the two colleges, we summarize some features of the curriculum of pre-service teacher education in America, such as the inclusive teaching curriculum, the diversity of general education curriculum and the practice-oriented teaching practice and internship programs and so on. The author further conducts a comprehensive analysis of the features summarized above. First, the curriculum in America reflects Constructivist and Pragmatist philosophy. Second, the curriculum in America demonstrates Individualist and Egalitarianist cultural tradition. Third, through the angle of the relationships between curriculum and educational reform, the curriculum in America reveals a demand on reflective thinking and technology.
