摘要随着社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善，煤炭企业所面临的竞争日益加剧，煤炭作为我国的主要能源和化工原料，煤炭企业的健康发展受到了社会各界的广泛关注，特别是在社会转型和资源转型的大背景下，煤炭企业的转型发展面临着重大挑战。思想政治教育工作是企业各项工作的生命线，企业的健康发展需要思想政治教育工作进行正确的引导。由于煤炭企业存在特殊的行业特点，这就决定了煤炭企业的思想政治教育工作要紧密结合自身的行业特点和职工具体状况，增强思想政治教育工作的针对性，努力探索出一套符合煤炭企业特殊行业状况的工作方法和工作机制，不断提高思想政治教育工作的实效性，为煤炭企业的健康有序发展提供重要保障。本文尝试从理论联系实际的角度，结合当前学术界研究成果，探讨符合煤炭企业特殊行业性质的思想政治教育工作，以促进思想政治教育工作在我国煤炭企业的顺利、有效开展。首先，本文结合当前理论界研究现状，对煤炭企业的思想政治教育工作做出了具体阐述，并结合煤炭企业自身特点，对煤炭企业思想政治教育的内容、特殊性、作用和必要性做出了分析。其次，本文从实证出发，以山西兰花煤炭实业集团有限公司为例，结合调查问卷体现出的数据，对兰花集团思想政治教育工的现状进行总体评价：干部职工对思想政治教育工作态度积极向上，组建了思想政治教育工作专职队伍，重视集体性教育活动的开展，思想政治教育工作取得明显效果。然后，结合调查问问卷结果分析，对山西兰花煤炭实业集团有限公司思想政治教育工作存在的问题和原因进行分析得出：缺乏对思想政治教育工作的正确认识，思想政治教育工作队伍素质不高，党组织建设被忽视，思想政治教育方法落后，思想政治教育内容脱离实际，煤炭企业职工素质有待提高。最后，本文从思想认识、政工队伍建设、党组织建设、工作方法、内容和职工素质方面，对我国煤炭企业有效开展思想政治教育工作做出了可行性建议。关键词：煤炭企业，思想政治教育工作，问题，对策ABSTRACTWiththegradualimprovementofthesocialistmarketeconomicsystem,thecoalenterprisesarefacingincreasingcompetition.AscoalisthemajorenergyandchemicalrawmaterialsinChina,thesounddevelopmentofcoalenterpriseshavereceivedwidespreadconcerninallsectorsofsociety.Especiallyinthebackgroundofsocialtransformationandresourcetransformation,restructuringdevelopmentofcoalenterprisesisfacedwithenormouschallenges.Ideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkisthelifebloodofbusiness,andsounddevelopmentofenterprisesneedsproperguidancebytheideologicalandpoliticaleducationwork.Duetothepresenceofcoalenterprisesspecialindustrialcharacteristics,whichdeterminesthecoalenterprisesideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkshouldbecloselycombinedwiththeirindustrycharacteristicsandthespecificcircumstancesofworkers,enhancetherelevanceofideologicalandpoliticaleducationwork,inlinewitheffortstoexploreasetofspecialcoalenterprisesworkingmethodsandmechanismsforindustryconditions,andcontinuouslyimprovetheeffectivenessofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,providinganimportantguaranteeforthehealthydevelopmentofthecoalenterprisesThispaperattemptsfromtheperspectiveoftheorywithpractice,combinedwiththecurrentresultsofacademicresearchtoexploret
