AbstractCoalresourceisabundantinChinaandoccupiesmorethan70%ofthetotalenergysupply.Coalfiringprovidesessentialthermalemergeandelectricitysupplyforhumanbeings,howeveritcausesseriousenvironmentalproblems.MILDcombustionisanoveltechnologythatfeaturesasincreasingthewholefurnacetemperature,promotingtheradiationheatexchange,andcontroltheemissionofCOandNOX.Uptillnow,thestudyofMILDcombustionforpulverizedcoalisless,anditstillneedsfurtherinvestigation.AMILDcombustionburnerforpulverizedcoalwasestablishedbynumericalsimulationandexperimentalstudy,andthecharacteristicsofcoalMILDcombustionandNOXemissionwerestudied.Ourstudyiscarriedoutina0.3MWpilot-scalefurnacewhichisusedforoxyfuelcombustioninSKLCCHUST.First,structureandparametersoftheMILDburnerarenumericalinvestigatedandoptimized.Second,thecombustionandemissioncharacteristicsofMILDcombustionforpulverizedcoalarenumericallycomparedwiththeconventionalpattern.Finally,basedonthenumericalresults,theburnerismodifiedandusedforexperimentalstudyofMILDoroxyfuel-MILDcombustionascomparedtoconventionalcombustion.Bothmathematicalandexperimentalresultsindicatethat,highpreheatingtemperatureisnottheessentialconditionforcoalMILDcombustion.ForMILDcombustion,theaxialrecirculationismoreeffectivethanradialrecirculation.Besides,undercoalMILDcombustion,thefurnacetemperaturepeakissuppressed,anddistributesmorehomogeneously,andNOXemissionislessenedsignificantly.Keywords:MILD,oxyfuel,coalcombustion,NOXemission目录摘要.......................................................................................................................IAbstract...................................................................................................................II1绪论.......................................................................................................................12.1数学物理模型................................................................................................192.2计算方法验证..........................................................................
