万方数据万方数据 The Empirical Study on the Effect of Trade Facilitation on China’s Export Trade，Based on the Analysis of the Expanding Gravity Model Abstract With the development of international trade and the gradual reduction of tariff barriers, the restrictions of trade inefficiency became an invisible barrier to international trade development. The non-efficiency of the trade is not only reflected in the customs inspection, commodity inspection and quarantine, but also reflected in the efficiency of data transmission and transparency of the system.Therefore, to promote cross-border flow of elements and to reduce the transaction costs of trade have become an important topic of international trade. The international organizations，such as WTO and APEC, have established trade facilitation teams to discuss the evaluation index of trade facilitation, and the cost, revenue and feasible measures of trade facilitation reform of the global or some countries and regions by qualitative and quantitative research. Yet the normative study on trade facilitation is more quantitative research and qualitative research is still relatively small. And it has not yet formed a theory system and empirical study according to the specific industry according to the analysis of Chinas trade facilitation.Therefore, this paper introduces the current research progress of trade facilitationand trade facilitation theory of the international. By establishing a trade facilitation evaluation system containing 4 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators, the paper does quantitative evaluation of Chinas trade facilitation. Then by constructing extended gravity model, the paper carried out an empirical research on the impact of trade facilitation indexes for Chinese exports overall and by industry. In this paper, through the study we found that: the four first level indicatorsof trade facilitation all have an impact on Chinas exports; during the first level indicators, infrastructure and e-commerce
