摘要无论是新材料的发明还是旧材料的新想法，都是建筑进步的源泉。红砖在泉州建筑中呈现出非常浓郁的地域特色，但随着材料的更新、施工技术的进步等，红砖在现代框架结构建构模式下的运用发生了变化。在现代的旧城改造中，运用红砖的方式主要是在建筑立面表皮上，通过现代的材料及设计手法得以继续延续。文章首先讲述研究的背景，综述国内外的相关研究现状，指出研究内容，提出研究方案；其次，概述泉州旧城改造中的红砖运用，介绍了泉州旧城改造中红砖应用的两种基本模式：强制性红砖应用和自发性红砖应用，以及泉州旧城改造中红砖建构的两类主要载体：单体公共建筑中的红砖延续和街道改造中的红砖延续，然后对七条旧城改造街道的选取及其发展脉络进行介绍，直接针对泉州现代红砖建筑现状进行说明；接着，从旧城街道改造中红砖面积比重的变化入手，详细地分析了屋顶红砖、红瓦形式及其所占比例的变化、墙身红砖面积比重的变化、柱子红砖形式及红砖所占量的变化；从沿街建筑红砖材料本身的变化入手，分析了饰面砖材料本身及应用形式的变化和清水砖材料本身及应用形式的变化；从沿街立面红砖建造技艺的变化入手，分析红砖建造做法的变化和红砖装饰做法的变化，接着，根据前面的研究分析得到的一些启示，从而指出在建构文化视野下的泉州红砖建筑所面临的问题，及针对这些问题提出应对策略；最后，对泉州红砖应用的总结，希望通过本文的研究成果为泉州今后的红砖街道设计、红砖建筑设计等提供策略，以及对未来红砖应用的展望。关键词：泉州街道红砖变化AbstractWhethertheinventionofnewmaterialsorthenewideasoftheoldmaterial,itisthesourceofconstructionprogress.RedbrickpresentaverystronglocalcharacteristicsinQuanzhouconstruction,butwiththeupdateofmaterialtheprogressofconstructiontechnologyandsoon,theuseofredbrickhaschangedunderthestructuremodeofmodernframestructure.Inthemodernurbanrenewal,itsmeansofusingredbrickmainlyinthefacadeofthebuilding,withmodernmaterialsanddesignmethodsgimmicktocontinue.Firstly,thispapertellsthebackgroundofthestudy,reviewstherelatedresearchstatusathomeandabroad,pointsoutthecontentoftheresearchandputsforwardtheresearchplan.Secondly,anoverviewoftheredbrickusinginoldcityreconstructionofQuanzhou,introducestheapplicationoftwobasicmodesofredbrickintheoldcityreconstructionofQuanzhou:mandatoryredbrickapplicationandspontaneousredbrickapplication,AndthetwomaintypecarriersofredbrickconstructionintheoldcityreconstructionofQuanzhou:singlepublicbuildingsandstreetreconstruction,thenselectsanddescribesthedevelopmentofthesevenstreetsintheoldcityreconstruction,directlyexplainingthecurrentsituationofmodernredbrickbuildinginQuanzhou;next,startingfromthechangeofredbrickareaproportioninthereformoftheoldcitystreets，analyzingtheformofredbrickredtileontheroofandthechangesoftheirproportionindetail,thechangesoftheredbrickareaproportioninthewall,theformofredbrickpillarsandthechangesofredbrick’samounts;based
