情绪智力、应对方式与工作倦怠的关系研究---以广西中学教师为例摘要本文结合前人的研究成果，对有关情绪智力、应对方式及工作倦怠的理论进行梳理和探讨，提出了研究目的：旨在了解广西少数民族地区中学教师的工作倦怠整体情况，并探讨上述变量对倦怠形成的影响机制。研究采用《情绪智力量表》、《特质应对方式量表》与《教师职业倦怠量表》三个标准化的量表，对广西地区163名中学教师进行测量，并使用SPSS18.0对收集的调查结果进行分析，得出以下结论：1.广西地区中学教师情绪智力水平较高。其情绪智力在性别、婚姻情况、是否班主任上均不存在显著差异性。但在教龄上存在显著差异。2广西地区中学教师的在应对方式上呈现两极分化。这表明被试在处理各种生活事件时更倾向于采取较为极端的处理方式——要么更加积极，要么更加消极。3广西地区中学教师的工作倦怠程度总体良好，有23.3%的被试出现了轻微的倦怠症状，只有3.1%的被试出现了严重的工作倦怠。中学教师的工作倦怠情况在婚姻状况上没有显著差异，但是在性别、是否班主任、教龄上存在显著差异。4广西地区中学教师的情绪智力、应对方式及工作倦怠三个变量之间存在相关关系。其中，情绪智力与工作倦怠中情绪衰竭、去个性化两个维度均呈现负相关性，与自我成就感维度均呈现正相关性。积极应对与工作倦怠的情绪衰竭存在显著负相关。消极应对方式与工作倦怠的情绪衰竭、去个性化两个维度存在显著正相关，与自我成就感存在显著负相关。积极应对与情绪智力存在显著正相关性。消极应对与情绪智力存在显著负相关性。5情绪智力与应对方式均能在一定程度上预测工作倦怠。其中，消极应对方式在情绪智力与工作倦怠的关系中起中介作用。关键词：中学教师；情绪智力；应对方式；工作倦怠IAbstractInthispaper,theresultsofpreviousstudiesonemotionalintelligence,copingstylesandjobburnoutoftheoryanalysesanddiscussesproposedresearchpurpose:inordertounderstandtheoverallsituationofjobburnoutofmiddleschoolteachersinGuangximinorityareas,andtoinvestigatethemechanismsofeffectsofthevariablesofjobburnoutinthe.Researchbyemotionalintelligencescale,tableoftraitcopingstylescaleandtheamountofteacherburnoutformthreestandardscale,163teachersinGuangxiregionweremeasured,andusingthedatacollectedbythesurveyresultswereanalyzed.Finally,thefollowingconclusionsarediscussed:middleschoolteachersemotionalintelligencelevelinGuangxiarea.Theemotionalintelligenceingender,marriagesituation,whetherthereisnosignificantdifferenceintheclassofteachers.Butthereweresignificantdifferencesinage.middleschoolteachersintheGuangxiregioninresponsetothepolarizationoftheway.Thissuggeststhatsubjectsaremorelikelytotakeamoreextremeapproachwhendealingwithevents,eithermorepositiveormorenegative..thejobburnoutofmiddleschoolteachersinGuangxiareaisgood,andthereare23.3%ofthesubjectswithmildburnout,andonly3.1%ofthejobburnoutisserious..Themiddleschoolteachersjobburnoutinmaritalstatusnosignificantdifference,butinsex,whetherthereissignificantdifferencebetweentheteacherandteaching.theemotionalintelligence,
