龙州县、凭祥市土地承载力级别为三级。应从加强耕地保护促进粮食增产增收、根据土地资源承载力差别化引导城镇和产业布局、提升集约用地水平、加强生态建设和环境保护、加大地灾防治工程建设等方面采取措施提高崇左市土地承载力。关键词：土地人口承载力；土地建设空间承载力；土地综合承载力；评价；崇左市EvaluationofRegionalLandCarryingCapacity—TakingGuangxiChongzuocityasanexampleAbstractWithChinaseconomicandsocialdevelopment,thepopulationhasrapidlyincreased.Inordertoincreasefoodproduction,someareasdeforest,reclaimlandfromthelakeandheavyuseofpesticidesandfertilizers,resultinginthesharpdecreaseofforestarea,frequentnaturaldisasters,increasingsoilerosionandpollutionarea,andsoon.Ontheotherhand,alongwiththedevelopmentofcity,thecityscaleisalsoexpanding,appearingaseriesofproblems,suchastheoccupationofcultivatedlandaroundthecity,trafficcongestion,publichealthdeteriorationandenvironmentalpollution.Supportingcapacityoflandresourcesisfacingasternchallenge,man-landrelationshipisbecomingmoreandmoretense.Areasonableevaluationoflandcarryingcapacitycanmakestrategyforurbanandindustrydevelopment,differentlyguideurbanandindustrialspacelayout,promotethesustainableuseofland,coordinatetheman-landrelationship,promoteregionaleconomy,society,resourcesandenvironmentharmoniousdevelopment,andspeeduptheprocessofecologicalcivilizationofChina.Byaccesstoalotofliterature,thispapersummarizesthedomesticandforeignresearchonthelandcarryingcapacity,analyzestheexistingproblemsintherelatedresearch.Basingonthelandresourcesscarcitytheory,sustainabledevelopmenttheory,man-landrelationshiptheory,ecologicalcivilizationconstructiontheoryandthenegativeplanningtheory,startingfromlandconnotationandfunction,thispaperputsforwardtheconceptofregionallandcarryingcapacity.Usingsinglefactorevaluationandmultifactorevaluation,thispaperevaluatesregionallandpopulationcarryingcapacityandconstructioncarryingcapacity,establishesevaluationindexsystemofregionallandcarryingcapacitytocalculatelandcomprehensivecarryingcapacityindex,levelslandcomprehensivecarryingcapacity,findsouttherestrictivefactorsandputsforwardsomewaystoimprovethelandcarryingcapacity.ThispapertakesChongzuocityasanexample.The
