AbstractWiththetourismindustrycompetitionintensified,creatingbarrier-freetourismandimprovingtheoverallcompetitivenessofregionaltourism,fromtheregionalcompetitiontoregionalinteration,eliminatingregionalbarriers,achievingthesharingofthetourismresources,products,marketsandinformationintheinter-regionalarea,promotingregionaltourismupgrade,maximizethebenefitsofregionaltourismandachievingsustainabledevelopmentofregionalareahavebecomeanimportantregionaltourismdevelopmentorientationTherefore,thispapertakenBeijing,TianjinandHebeiasanexample,basedonalargenumberofdomesticandforeignliterature,adoptregionaldevelopmenttheory,thecomparativeadvantagetheoryandtheregionalsustainabledevelopment,studiesthebuildingofthebarrier-freetourismzoneinBeijing,TianjinandHebei.Thispaperfromtheimpactoffactors,fromBeijing,TianjinandHebeiregionalareatourismdevelopmentsituation,analysesthebarrierintheregionaltourismbarrier-freedevelopment,revealstheadvantagebase,thenputsforwardtheeffectiveapproachforthedevelopmentoftheregionalbarrier-freetourism.Thispaperisdividedintosixparts.Introductionmainlydescribedthebackground,status,purpose,researchmethodsandroutes;Thesecondchapterisabarrier-freetourismforregionaldevelopmentrelatetothebasictheory,basedonsystemstheory,theoryofcomparativeadvantageandsustainabledevelopmenttheorytoguideconstructionofbarrier-freetourismzone;Thethirdchaptermainlyanalzedtheimpactofthebarrier-freetourismdevelopment.Chapterfourmainlyanalysethebarrier-freetourismdevelopmentstatusinquoinsomeaspectssuchasregionaltourismdevelopmentlevel,themeasuresforthebarrier-freetourismdevelopmentandbarrierrepresentation;Chapterfiveanalysesbarrier-freetourismdevelopmentbaseinBeijing,TianjinandHebeiandputforwardtheregionalbarrier-freetourismdevelopmentmeasuresinfouraspects:regionaltourismhiberarchydevelopment,circuitintegrationdevelopment,theestablishmentofinnovativemechanismsofregionaltourismAccessibility.IntheconclusionpartofthisarticlerevealstheconclusionsIVandthequestionsyettobeexplored.Keywords:Jing
