i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘要 世界经济发展的方向是区域一体化和经济全球化，跨国公司成为公司发展的趋势。 区域经济是一个庞大复杂的系统，要素众多，若要实现一体化，必须有物流系统的强大 支撑。区域物流的发展可以改善地区产业结构和产业发展环境，提高流通领域效率，对 区域经济发展有重要的促进作用。 本文基于以上背景，首先阐述了区域物流以及区域物流竞争力的内涵，通过国内外 相关研究的梳理，从影响物流竞争力的现实因素、潜在因素和环境因素分析基础上建立 了区域物流竞争力评价指标体系；其次，通过多种评价方法的对比，结合区域物流评价 系统特点，提出将层次分析法与灰色关联分析法相结合，既可以充分发挥层次分析法在 指标权重确定过程中的优势，又可以发挥灰色关联分析法在评价分析中的长处，构建了 基于 AHP-灰色关联分析的区域物流竞争力评价模型；然后，运用此模型对河北省从省 域层面和市域层面两个角度进行应用研究，从省域层面，主要是与东部地区物流发达省 份比较，得出河北省物流竞争力的差距及主要影响因素，从市域层面，是对河北省 11 个地级市物流竞争力水平进行评价，得出河北省各城市物流竞争力分布的空间特征；最 后在对评价结果深入分析的基础上，提出了提升河北省区域物流竞争力的措施。 关键词：竞争力评价；区域物流；层次分析法；灰色关联法；河北省 Abstract Regional economic integration and globalization are the salient features of the worlds economic development. The regional economy is a complicated system, in which logistics is the core element of regional economic system. The development of the regional logistics has a significant impact on regional competitiveness. It can also improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional production and circulation. Logistics is the key of improving regional investment and industrial development environment. This article is based on the above background. On the first, with the direction of the regional economics, logistics system theories, the article studies deeply on the characteristics and trends of the region logistics competition. According to the analysis of the reality factors, potential factors and environmental factors, the article has constructed a set of evaluation system of logistics competitiveness; Secondly, by comprehensively weighing common research methods, the article ultimately choose the analytic hierarchy process and gray relational analysis method as the analysis tools.
