型养老服务模式的实现提供现实可能。本文在总结村级托老所模式所取得的成效的基础上，对托老所模式所面临的身份不清、责任不明确，村民共建不共享、村级压力大，托老所规模小、硬件设施差、管理水平低等三大主要问题进行了分析。针对问题，本文提出了进一步改进的措施建议：一是对于现有托老所的未来发展，争取政策支持，尽快纳入正规的管理体，解决托老所主体的发展瓶颈；二是在继续实践和推广“村级托老所”模式的经济薄弱村，建议坚持村民自愿原则，实现村民自治和规范化管理，化解托老所管理中存在的问题，进一步增强托老所存在的合法性；最后，就构建和实现以村级托老所为中心的农村社区养老服务模式提出建议：加快发展养老设施，满足老年人的机构养老需求；构建以托老所为中心的社区服务平台，满足老年人的居家照料需求；注重整合社会资源，满足居家老年人的服务需求，以进一步完善农村养老照料服务体系。关键词：养老服务，农村社区，托老所，模式THERESEARCHOFTHENEWPATTERNOFSUPPORTTOTHEELDERLYINTHERURALAREAINSHANGHAIABSTRACTInrecentyears,withtherapidprogressofurbanization,changesinruralsocialstructure,reductionoffamilysizeandaccelerationofpopulationaging,thetraditionalpatternofSupporttotheElderlyintheRuralAreaisimpactedtremendously.Thishasarousedwidespreadconcern.Especiallyindevelopedareaswithrapidurbanizationprocess,moreandmorelandsarerequisitioned.Meanwhile,thefuctionofFamilySupporttotheElderlyintheRuralAreabecomesweakening,andincreasingnumberofagedneedcommercializedservice.Butontheotherhand,theagedlivingintheRuralAreacan’tbeartheexpensesbecauseoftherisingcostsofliving.Theycan’taffordtoliveintheHomesfortheAged.Soitisveryimportanttoestablishasystemofsupporttotheelderlywhichissuitableforruralareas.Thegovernmentshouldtaketheresponsibilityandcreatetheconditions.WewillproposetheconstructionofthefoundationofFamilySupporttotheElderly,themainbodyofvillage-levelHomesfortheAged,andtheplatformofSupporttotheElderlyintheRuralArea,theframeofthenewpatternofSupporttotheElderlyinShanghai,fromthecharacteristics,contentsandthetraditionalpatternofSupporttotheElderlyintheRuralArea.Whilemakingtheoreticalframework,weanalyzethispatternwheninvestgatingthevillage-levelHomesfortheElderlyinJiading.ToinducethenewpatternofSupporttotheElderly,themainreasonsarethenewdemandoftheagedwiththeurbanizationintheRuralArea,andthedifficultpositionoftheexistingpatternofsupporttotheelderly.Ofcourse,thedevelopmentofruraleconomymakesitpossibletoachievethismodel.Ontheotherhand,weroundlysum-uptheeffectofvillage-levelhomesfortheelderly,andfoundsomeproblemsintheanal
