中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 重庆市是西部地区唯一的直辖市，也是长江上游的经济中心和主要的现代制 造业基地，国家高度重视重庆市的城镇化进程。重庆市地形以山地为主，有“山城” 之称。胡锦涛同志在十八大报告中强调，“建设生态文明，是关系人民福祉、关乎 民族未来的长远大计”。研究山地城镇化与地质生态环境的相互影响，有助于找出 城镇化进程中的相关问题，为实现山地城镇建设与地质生态环境的可持续发展提 供科学的理论依据和合理的指导方针。 本文结合“十二五”国家科技支撑计划课题“村镇区域空间规划与土地利用优化 技术集成示范（2012BAJ22B06）”通过野外实地调查、“3S”技术应用、总结现有成 果，以重庆市巴南区为典型案例对山地城镇化与地质生态环境的相互影响进行系 统研究，主要开展了以下四个方面的工作： ①构建了山地城镇地质生态环境质量指标体系，并采用 APH 层次分析法确定 了指标权重，划分了评价指标分级标准。以巴南区城市建设规划方案为依据，将 研究示范区按城市功能分为七个子区域，并用模糊综合评价法对“十一五”期间巴南 区地质生态环境质量现状进行了分析与评价。确定了各区域的地质生态环境质量， 绘制了地质生态环境质量评价结果分区图和对比图。 ②在地质生态环境质量的研究基础上，构建了山地城镇化水平评价指标体系， 运用 APH 层次分析法确定了指标权重，并用综合指数法计算了“十一五”期间巴南 区各区域城镇化水平综合指数值。根据计算结果分析了巴南区各区域城镇化发展 趋势，绘制了“十一五”期间巴南区城镇化水平对比图。 ③根据山地城镇地质生态环境质量评价和山地城镇化水平评价的结果，进一 步研究山地城镇化与地质生态环境的协调性。计算各区域协调度、综合评价指数 以及协调发展系数。建立协调度评价等级体系（RHD）和协调发展类型分类体系， 确定了“十一五”期间巴南区各区域的协调性等级和协调发展类型。 ④通过对巴南区“十一五”规划期间各区域协调性等级和协调发展类型的对比， 研究影响山地城镇化与地质生态环境协调发展的原因，分析它们之间的相互影响， 进而探寻山地城镇可持续发展道路，对今后西部地区山地城镇建设提出建议和展 望。 关键词：巴南区，山地城镇化，地质生态环境，模糊综合评价法，协调发展系数 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Chongqing is not only the unique municipality in the western regions but also the economic center and major modern manufacturing base along the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Our nation has attached great importance to the process of urbanization in Chongqing.Mountain is the mainly terrain in Chongqing,so said the mountain. General Secretary Hu Jintao has stressed that the construction of ecological civilization is the long-term plan relating to peoples welfare and nations future. Research the interaction between urbanization and geological environment in Mountainous Regions can help us to identify the ongoing urbanization related issues, provide scientific theory and reasonable guidelines for sustainable development of mountain urbanization and geological environment.
