With the rapid development of the further development of Chinas foreign and our countrys economy, the tourism industry in our country is developing more and more quickly. Shandong as a tourism province in China, the tourism industry is an important pillar of support for the development of Shandong. Comparison of the famous tourist attractions such as Mountain Tai, Qufu, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai and so on, every year to attract large numbers of tourists. But through the investigation discovery, a common problem in Shandong Province travel is the travel agency service quality is not high, lack of features, the lack of corresponding tourism talent, a serious brain drain. This from a long-term point of view, is not conducive to the promotion and development of the tourism industry in Shandong. In this paper, from the present situation and talent development situation of Shandong travel agency, adopted a comprehensive reference literature research method, field survey method, qualitative analysis and other research means and method combination model. A comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the present Shandong travel agency employee turnover present situation and the causes of these problems. And loss of response to Shandong travel agency personnel countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the talent management, talent emergency mechanism, recruitment process specification, performance management, talent control etc. Studied the loss of existing in Shandong travel agency personnel problems systematically, and certain achievements have been made in practical application.
