摘 要
随着山区高速公路的快速发展,以及道路沿线自然条件的限制作用,使得山区高速 公路线形存在安全隐患,尤其在道路线形组合不合理的路段上易导致交通事故。山区高 速公路线形多受周围地形、地质条件的制约,会出现道路平纵线形组合不当的情况,严 重危及汽车的行驶安全。我国现行公路技术标准中规定的平面、纵断面及平纵组合技术 指标,现在已成熟应用于平原微丘区高速公路,而对于刚刚起步的山区高速公路建设来 讲,很多技术标准仍基于平原微丘区高速公路的标准,这是造成山区高速公路平纵组合 路段安全隐患和事故多发的一个重要原因。因此,对于山区高速公路平纵线形组合,组 合路段内平面、纵断面指标的合理控制,以及评价、保障组合路段上的行车安全是非常 必要的,同时也是迫切需要解决的实际问题。
本文在总结国内外对山区高速公路平纵组合路段交通安全研究现状的基础上,重点 论述道路平面、纵面各项线形技术指标与交通安全的关系,分析目前山区高速公路平纵 组合的基本形式与不良组合路段存在的交通安全缺陷,提出平纵组合路段行车加速度和 行车加速度离散值的概念及计算模型。通过对西汉高速公路线形资料、运行速度资料及 交通事故资料的归回统计分析,总结出基于行车加速度离散值的道路平纵组合安全性评 价方法和评价指标,根据评价结果对存在交通安全隐患的组合路段进行设置交通安全保 障措施的建议,确保行车安全。

Abstract
With the rapid development of mountainous expressway, the restrictive effect of the natural conditions along the road results in a more difficult mountainous expressway alignment design and the location of the improper road alignment design can easily lead to traffic accidents. Mountainous Expressway Alignment Design is mostly HYPERLINK /conditioned/ restricted by the surrounding terrain and geological conditions, so it would appear improper combination of plane and vertical design, which seriously jeopardizes the safety of car driving. Chinas current technical standards stipulated in road plane, vertical and combination of both design, is now expertly used in plain hill area expressway, while the mountainous expressway construction has just started, a lot of technical criteria is based on plain hill area highway design standards. At the highway alignment design, the designer with no rules can not control plane and Vertical Alignment combination of road horizontal and vertical alignment design. Therefore, the study of combination of plane and vertical alignment design, the reasonable control of the plane and vertical alignment design standards in the combination of sections and ensuring road safety is essential, and at the same time it is the urgent practical problems which need to solve.
