Astudyoncreditriskcontrolofbank’sgroupcustomerAbstractBankisaspecialindustrywhichmanagestherisk,theriskinsomewayistheprofitoriginatestothecommercialbank,theabilityofriskmanagementwillbecommercialbankscorecompetitiveability.Inthefuture,thecommercialbankwhichhastheformidableriskmanagementabilitywillwininbankingindustrycompetition.Thecreditriskisoneofmostancientriskswhichthecommercialbankfaces,dateoffromthebankbirth,thebankstartstogaintheprofitthroughtoundertakethecreditrisk.Todaybankloanstillisthemainformofenterprisefinancing,thedifferenceincomeofsaveandloanstillisthemainincomeorigintothecommercebank.Soinquitelongperiod,thecreditriskwillbeoneofmostmainriskswhichthedomesticbankingindustrymustface.Inrecentyears,alongwiththeourcountryeconomicrestructuringfurther,theeconomydevelopingfastandthebodyofinvestormultiplicatingrapidly,theenterprisegroupwhichsetupthroughcapitallinkorthecontractualrelationshipappearsmoreandmore.Thisenterprisegroupalsobecomescommercialbanks’importantexpandingclientele.However,thecreditloanthecommercialbanksgivetothelargergroupcustomersisgenerallyverybigandcentralizehigh,someevenlongscredit.Groupcustomeritselfhavecomplexcapitalstructure,operationsdiversifiedfundsindifferentprojectsbetweenregionsandbetweenflow,thegroupaffiliatedtransactionsoccurredfrequently,informationasymmetricbetweencommercialbankandenterprisegroup,somanyreasonsmakethegroupsconsumercredithavesomespecialrisks.Creditconcentratetoenterprisegroupbecomesatrend,italsomakesthebankcreditriskconcentrate.Sostrengtheningenterprisegroupcreditriskmanagementandpreventioncan’tbedelay.Thispaperstudyfromtheresearchliteratureofthegroupofcustomercreditrisk,thenanalyzethegroupcustomercreditriskstatusofcommercialbankwiththebasictheoryofthecreditriskandthegroupcustomer.Currentthemaincreditriskofgroupcustomerhavefiveperformance:longsCreditandexcessivefinancing;mutualinsuranceandrelatedenterpriseshadtakenthebodyempty;thecreditfundsloanandbacktogether;disguisedvacantbankclaims;whitewashfinancialsituation,
