摘要随着经济全球化进程的加快，高新技术日新月异，项目管理也日趋完善，工程总承包规模逐渐大型化、形式逐渐多样化，也促使产业结构发生了相应变化。国际投资商和业主对承包商的要求和期望越来越高，希望承包商能够提供形成建筑产品全过程甚至更为广泛的服务。这一市场需求，为推动我国总承包管理的开展奠定了基础。特大型工程涉及面广，对总承包商的组织管理能力有极高的要求。而目前，传统的施工总承包及专业分包承发包模式具有建设周期长、设计变更多、投资控制缺乏连续性等缺陷，难以满足现代大型复杂工程的施工管理需要，因此迫切需要建立新型的承发包模式。机电主承包管理模式就是一种适合大型复杂工程建设实践需要的新型承发包模式，是对施工总承包的一种完善和补充，但由于该承包模式在实践中还应用较少，目前还存在不少操作性问题有待解决。本文立足于上海近年来大型项目中的机电安装工程管理，从分析传统项目组织管理形式和方法入手，说明了其对大型复杂工程的不适应性，从而提出采用机电主承包这一新型管理模式。分析了机电主承包管理所必须的前提条件，从机电主承包合同的授予，到机电主承包在项目整体管理中的位置，再到机电主承包组织机构在企业中的地位提升等内容。并重点就新型机电主承包组织架构下的针对性部门设置做了说明，阐述了该模式下对于自有分包与机电类专业分包管理的重点。最后结合作者所在公司的实际状况，对机电主承包管理模式的前景做了简单的论述。I关键词：大型复杂工程机电主承包项目管理IIAbstractWiththeaccelerationoftheprocessofeconomicglobalization，thehigh-techchangeswitheachpassingdayandprojectmanagementarematuring.Theengineeringgeneralcontractingbeinggraduallylarge-scaleaswellastheformsbecomingdiversified，alsomakesindustrialstructureschangeaccordingly.Theinternationalinvestorsandownersdemandsandexpectationsofcontractorisgettinghigherandhigher，hopingthatthecontractorcanprovidethewholeprocessoftheformationofbuildingproducts，evenbroaderrangeofservices.ThismarketdemandlaysthefoundationforpromotingthelaunchingofChina’stotalcontractmanagement.Oversizeprojectoftenintegratesthefunctionsoftransportation，office，hotel，leisure，entertainmentandshopping，whichhasmanyfunctions.Howeveritisaseveretestforgeneralcontractor’sorganizationalcapacitytoguaranteethequalityandquantitytocompletetheconstructionofwholeproject.Thedistinctivecharacteristicsofextralargeconstructionurgentlyrequireengineeringandtechnicalpersonneltoexplorenewcontractmodel.Traditionalconstructiongeneralcontractingandprofessionalsub-contractmodelhasbeendifficulttomeettheconstructionmanagementneedsofmodernlarge-scalecomplexengineering.Professionalconstructionmaincontractmanagementmodel，whichisthedeepeningandimprovementofconstructiongeneralcontractmodel，isgeneratedanddevelopedbythecurrentsuper-largeconstructionprojectsneeds.Accordingtopracticalneedsofconstructionproject，mechanicalandelectricalmai
