河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 基于集约型生产的现场作业系统成本控制研究 摘 要 现场作业成本是企业成本的重要组成部分，在整个企业的成本中占有重要比重，是 企业成本中最基础、最直接的部分。现场作业成本控制能力的高低，在一定程度上决定 了企业的竞争能力。因此，非常有必要构建一套以集约型生产理念为指导的现场作业系 统成本控制体系。而现场作业系统是集约型生产理念贯彻的基础部位，本文从企业管理 的最基础、最直接的部位入手，按照贯彻十一五规划关于转变经济增长方式要求，以集 约型生产理念为指导，构建了一套基于集约型生产的成本控制体系，对于优化现场作业 系统运行机制，控制现场作业系统的成本，提高企业现场的管理水平，提升企业的竞争 力都具有重要的意义。 本文以亚新科美联（廊坊）有限公司的生产现场作业系统为应用实例，分析公司现 场作业系统成本控制的现状，并将基于集约型生产的现场作业系统成本控制体系运用到 该公司的实际生产管理中，深入研究该公司作业系统在成本控制方面存在的问题及形成 原因，并针对问题提出了切实可行的措施和方法来降低成本，提高生产现场的管理效益 和操作效益，从而达到提高企业经济效益的目的。本文的研究，可以为企业生产现场作 业系统成本控制的评价和提升提供相应的指导，帮助企业获取和保持持续的竞争力，以 应对日益变化的市场环境。 关键词：集约型，成本控制，现场作业系统 i 基于集约型生产现场作业系统成本控制研究 基于集约型生产现场作业系统成本控制研究 RESEARCH ON COST CONTROL OF PRODUCTION SITE OPERATING SYSTEM BASING ON INTENSIVE ABSTRACT The cost of scene control is the enterprise a major component of cost control, it occupies an important proportion of the cost throughout the enterprise, it is the most basic and the most direct part of the business costs. The scene is the product manufacturing base, the man, machine and material embodied in the local, the product cost is the concentrated expression of the site. The operating system of scene is the basis for implementing parts of the production concept. There by, the level of scene management reflects the competitiveness of enterprises on a certain extent. This paper wrote the most basic of enterprise management and the most direct position , guided by eleventh five-year plan with regard to the transformation of economic growth ,having great significance for operating system of optimizing the operating mechanism of scene、controlling of operating cost of the system of scene、improving enterprise management level of scene 、 enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is very necessary to build a set of ideas of intensive production as a guide for the scene cost control system operating system. This paper takes the production operating system of scene of ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems (Langfang) Co, Ltd as a real example
