AbstractComputervisiontechnologyhasbeenwidelyappliedinmanyfields,suchasassocialproductionandlife.Itenablesdigitalcomputerhavetheabilityofrecoveringthesurroundingenvironmentandinformationfromthetwo-dimensionaldata,andcopyshumanvisualcognitiontocomputer.Cameracalibrationand3-Dreconstructionmethodsinvisualmeasurementarekeytechnologiesofcomputervisionresearch.Thisarticlefocusesonthetworelatedtheory.Firstofall,thisarticleintroducesthedevelopmentandbasictheoryofthecameracalibrationand3-Dreconstructioninvisualmeasurement,whichincludescommonfeaturedetectionmethodsandcameraimagingmodel,andanalyzestheZhang.Z.Y’scameracalibrationtheory.Then,studytherealizationprincipleofbasicparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithm.Foritiseasytofallintolocalconvergenceandthelossofglobalextremum,thispaperimprovesthealgorithm.Mutationoperationisaddedintheprogressofoptimization,whichimprovesthepopulationdiversityduringtheiterationprocess.Andtherelatedsimulationareintroduced,andshowthattheimprovedalgorithmimprovestheglobalconvergenceandaccuracy,andgetbettertoadapttotheoptimizationproblemofthemulti-parameterandcomplexfunctions.Then,thispapertransformsthecalibrationprobleminthevisualmeasurementintotheintelligentnonlinearcalibrationoptimizationproblem.BasedonZhang.Z.Y’snonlinearimagingmodel,thisthesiscombinestheparticleswarmalgorithm,anddesignsanewcalibrationmethod.Resultsofsimulationandexperimentshowthat,comparedwiththeclassicZhang’salgorithm,theproposedmethodhashighprecisionandstrongrobustness.Inaddition,thereisnolimittothenumberofcalibrationimages,whichprovidesgreatconvenienceforthestaffofcalibrationwork.Finally,thispaperdevelopeda3Dreconstructionmethodbasedonbinocularvision.AndapplyVC6.0andOpenCVprogrammingtoolstoachievethethree-dimensionalreconstructionmethod.Theexperimentalresultsverifythevalidityandfeasibilityofthisreconstructionmethod.Keywords:cameracalibration;particleswarmoptimization;binocularvision;3-Dreconstruction目录摘要............................................................................
