However the monographs on Dushun‟s life have never been more. Based upon some Buddhist terms, such as eightfold path, six perfections, six supernormal powers and three fields of merit, the author tries to suggest a new interpretation of the „stories‟ of Dushun in sociology using Weberian concept of three pure types of legitimate domination. It is hoped that this study will broaden the researchers‟ horizons in a degree.
